Do Windows VPS come with a graphics card? ?
Our hypervisors don't have dedicated graphics cards for our Windows VPS, so your usage may not match what we offer..
What is a VPS ?
A VPS, or Virtual Private Server, is a virtual machine hosted on a hypervisor (physical servers). You can host any type of service.
Why the offer mention DDr3/DDr4 ?
As part of our drive to improve service quality, we're gradually upgrading our infrastructure to newer servers to meet the latest standards.
What is a VPS for ?
You can install different operating systems, from Linux to Windows. You can then host a website, game servers, discord bots, etc...
Who can benefit from VPS ?
VPS are designed for those with knowledge of Linux and Windows Server, and require manual installation and configuration of your services. But you have more freedom than with a classic shared service..
Where are located my VPS ?
Our servers are located in a Saint-Denis datacenters.
How long does it take to create a VPS ?
Your VPS is up and running in 5-10 min.
Can I change the VPS password ?
Yes, you can change your VPS password from your customer area (except Windows VPS), then restart the VPS once the change has been made.
Why are some services/sites inaccessible via the MICRO VPS ?
Some services/sites may be inaccessible because they simply haven't deployed IPv6, which is a shame.
What are the VPS SSD NVMe processors ?
We use E5-2697A v4 processors for VPS with of DDr4 RAM.
What are the SSD VPS processors ?
We use E5-2680 v2 processors for our VPS SSDs.
Can I download VPS backups ?
You cannot access or download the backups of your VPS. We maintain an internal backup system to ensure data safety.
How often should I back up ?
We make backups 3 to 4 times a week, both offsite and onsite.
