Our racks are currently installed in a datacenter located in Aubervilliers, in the Paris area of France. Your servers therefore stay in France, with a French host: AdKyNet SAS is a company registered in France. We plan to expand later to other sites in France and internationally.

It depends on the plan you choose. On the 1U and 2U plans, access to the datacenter is accompanied by our teams and the intervention must be requested at least 24 hours beforehand. From the 1/4 rack upwards, you get secure badge access and you can enter the datacenter on your own 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without prior request.

Yes. A setup fee of 33.33€ ex. VAT applies to the 1U and 2U plans. For the larger plans, from the 1/4 rack upwards, these fees depend on the configuration chosen: contact us for a quote.

Remote Hands allows our technicians to work on your equipment on your behalf: reboot, replacement of a hard drive, a fan, a power supply, and so on. The intervention is charged at 75€ ex. VAT per hour during working hours, with the first hour included, and 100€ ex. VAT per hour for an unplanned emergency intervention outside working hours. Working hours means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Every housing plan comes with connectivity from 1 Gbits to 40 Gbits. Our datacenters are carrier-neutral: you can choose to connect with any operator present in the datacenter.

We offer several options in addition to your rack: BGP session, Anti-DDoS protection, Remote Hands and additional power. Contact us to build a plan that matches your needs.

The 1U plan includes 1 IPv4 address and an IPv6 /64 block, the 2U plan includes 2, and the 1/4 rack includes 8, always with an IPv6 /64 block. On the 1/2 rack and full rack plans, the number of IP addresses is defined with you.

Yes. The datacenter has several independent electrical channels to limit the impact of an outage on your business. Each plan also states the power available: from 50W to 500W on the 1U plan, and up to 6KVA on a full rack.
